Jayden Lee is our beautiful 8 months old baby boy, who was sadly taken by meningoccal septicaemia on the 26/8/2010. He went from being a happy healthy baby to fighting for his life within a matter of hours. He fought against this awful disease for seven and a half hours but sadly passed away whilst being transferred to Manchester Children's hospital. He was such a happy little man - so full of life! He was always smiling and giggling and loved his two big sisters very much. When they played with him his little face would light up! He loved his food and was a very good eater, his favourite food had 2 be his Grandma Shirls ice~creams:)... We all love and miss Jayden so much and wish he could still be here with us. It hurts so much but Mummy and Daddy will forever remember him as our beautiful little smiler. We have set up this tribute fund in his name to raise as much money as possible to try and help prevent other families having to go through the heartache which we feel. We all love you more than words could ever describe Jayden Lee. You was the most beautiful happiest baby on earth, now you're the most beautiful happiest baby in heaven.
